The Tri-Cities Estate Planning Council (TCEPC) is a membership organization of estate planning professionals in the Tri-Cities, Washington area (Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, WA and surrounding communities).  Our distinguished members include attorneys, accountants, financial planners, life insurance professionals, trust officers and others dedicated to the complex and ever-changing field of estate planning.
